1. How far in advance should I place my order?
We kindly ask our customers to place their orders at least one day in advance to ensure we have enough time to prepare your treats with the utmost care and quality. For large or custom orders, we recommend ordering even earlier to secure your preferred date.

2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. To maintain the quality and freshness of our products, we require a minimum of 24 hours for preparation and delivery.

3. Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
There is no minimum order amount, but we charge a 3 JOD delivery fee for orders under 29 JOD. Orders 29 JOD and above qualify for free delivery.

Yes, we do! You can personalize your order by providing details such as colors, flower shapes, or special messages. Just use the "Write Your Note" field when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.
